By Allah’s Title, The Cultivator of The Compassionate
17:1
Transcendence is that which voyaged by His Servant in a Night, from The Temple of The Hallowed towards The Temple of The Extremity, that which We have engraced its Surrounding for Us to show him from Our Miracles. Only is it of Him, The Hearer of The Perceptive
17:2
And We have given Mūsā The Record and We have made it a Guidance for Isrā’īl’s Progeny, that you all not assume from besides Me an Advocate
17:3
Descendant of whom We have carried with Nūh. Only is it he was a Grateful Servant
17:4
And We have judged towards Isrā’īl’s Progeny within The Record should you all corrupt within The Earth Twice and should all of you tower in a Great Elevation
17:5
So whether has arrived, Promise of First of them both, We have dispatched upon you all Servants for Us, Foremost in an Intense Ferocity, so have they probed Interstices of The Residences. And was it an Effected Promise
17:6
Furthermore, We have repelled for you all The Resurgence upon them, and We have supplied all of you by Assets and Offspring and have made you all Most of a Brigade
17:7
If all of you have mastered, you have mastered for your souls – and if you all have abused, then for Her. Then is, whether has arrived Promise of The Everafter, for them to torment all of your presences and for them to enter The Temple as what they have entered it a First Time and for them for them to annihilate what they had towered in a Razing
17:8
It may have been of your Lord that He cultivate all of you. And if you all have resumed, We have resumed. And We have made Jahannam for The Renegades, a Detention
17:9
Only does this here of The Qur’an guide for that which of Her is Most Worthy and it encourages The Confiders, those which work in The Resolvers, though for them is a Great Reward
17:10
And though, those which do not confide by The Everafter, We have prepared for them a Painful Penalty
17:11
And it calls of The Human by The Malevolence, his call by The Benevolence – and it was of The Human, Rash
17:12
And We have made The Nighttime and The Daytime Two Miracles – so We have erased The Nighttime’s Miracle and We have made The Daytime’s Miracle, a Discerning, for you all to venture in a Merit from all your Lord and for you all to know The Years’ Number and The Reckoning. And each thing have We detailed in an Elaboration
17:13
And each human have We obligated his Bird within his neck – and We discharge for him in The Upheaval Today, a Record he faces, Diffused
17:14
Read your Record, it has sufficed by your soul The Day upon you is a Reckoning
17:15
Whoever has sought, then only what he seeks is for his soul – and whoever has strayed, then only what he strays of is upon Her. And not does a Custodian take charge of another’s Charge; and of what were We Avengers until We dispatch an Emissary?
17:16
And whether We have intended that We devastate a City, We have commanded her Pampered ones, so they defied within her, then has The Speech justified upon her, so We have extirpated her in an Uprooting
17:17
And how many have We devastated from The Spires from after Nūh; and has sufficed by your Lord, by His Servants’ felonies, one Proficient of one Perceptive
17:18
Whoever was intending The Instantaneous, We have expedited for him within her what We have caused for whomever We intend, furthermore have We made for him Jahannam, he combusts in Her, Stigmatized of one Outcast
17:19
And whoever has intended The Everafter and has exerted Her Exertion for her, and he is a Confider, then these of you, was their Exertion Acknowledged
17:20
Each do We spread out these here, and these here are from your Lord’s Allocation. And what was your Lord’s Allocation a Hazard?
17:21
Observe how We have preferred some of them upon some. And would The Everafter be of one Greatest in Steps and Greatest in Elaboration
17:22
Not could you make with Allah another divinity so you sit Stigmatized of one Forsaken
17:23
۞ And has your Lord adjudicated that not could you except ever Him serve and by The Two Parents is an Excellence. If what might reach, in your custody, The Immensity of one of them both or either of them both, then not could you say for them both, ‘Fie’, nor could you deter them both, and say for them both a Noble Speech
17:24
And lower for them both, Wing of The Abasement from The Compassion and say, “Lord, cultivate them both as what they both have reared me, one small”
17:25
Of your Lord do I know what is within your Souls. If you all could be Reconcilers, then only is it one was Clement for The Attuned ones
17:26
And give Bearer of The Vicinity his Truth and The Displaced, and Son of The Path, and not could you squander in a Squandering
17:27
Only The Squanderers, were they Brothers of The Demons – and was The Demon for his Lord, Indignant
17:28
And if what you all might evade about them in Yearning of a Compassion from your Lord, you all expect her, then say for them a Feasible Speech
17:29
And neither could you make your hand a Shackling towards your neck nor could you manage her, each of The Extension, so you sit Culpable of one Constrained
17:30
Only in your Lord does one extend The Sustenance for whomever He causes and it regulates. Only is it, was by His Servants one Proficient of one Perceptive
17:31
And not could you all slay your children in Courtesy of a Depletion – Ourselves do We sustain them and ever all of you. Only was their Slaughter a Great Error
17:32
And not could you all approach The Defilement, only was it of a Monstrosity and has it tormented of a Path
17:33
And not could you all slay The Soul of that of Her which Allah has prohibited, except by The Truth; and whoever was slain, one oppressed, then already have We made for a Patron a Mandate, so not could he splurge within The Slaughter – only is it, was he a Victor
17:34
And not could you all approach The Orphan’s Asset, except by that which of Her is Best, until he reach his Climax. And fulfill by The Protocol, only was The Protocol questioned
17:35
And fulfill all of you The Volume, whether you all have measured out, weigh all of you by The Gauge of The Upright. This for you is a Benevolence and Best in Translation
17:36
And not could you track what is nothing for you a Knowledge by it. Only is The Hearing and The Eye and The Mind, each these of you, was one about it, questioned
17:37
And not could you stride within The Earth in Revelry – only yourself, never could you have punctured The Earth, and never could you have reached The Mountains in Length
17:38
Each of this for you was Wicked, in your Lord’s Custody, Inadvisable
17:39
This for you is from what your Lord has inspired towards you from The Wisdom; and not could you make with Allah another divinity so you were cast within Jahannam, Culpable of one Outcast
17:40
So is it your Lord has elected you all by The Offspring and has assumed from The Sovereigns, Females? Only are you yourselves saying a Grand Speech
17:41
And would already have We distributed within this here of The Qur’an for them to notice, and what does it increase them except in a Resistance
17:42
Say, “Even if was with Him divinities as what they say, therefore would they have yearned a Path towards The Arch’s Bearer”
17:43
In His Transcendence, and He has transcended about what they say in a Great Elevation
17:44
She immerses for Him of The Firmaments of The Seven and The Earth and whoever is within them [firmaments]. And if be from a thing except it immerses by His Glory, and yet not do you all comprehend their Immersion. Only is it, was one Serene of one Clement
17:45
And whether you have read The Qur’an, We have made between you and between those which do not confide by The Everafter, a Draped Veil
17:46
And We have made upon their hearts Husks, that they could have comprehended, and within their ears is a Cavity. And whether you have remembered your Lord within The Qur’an in His Independence, and even if upon their Posteriors is a Resistance
17:47
Of Us is Omniscience by what they listen by it since they listen towards you, and since they are in Conclave, since he of The Oppressors says, “If all of you pursue except a Bewitched Strider”
17:48
Observe how they propelled for you The Examples so they have strayed, then not do they manage a Path
17:49
And they said, “Is it whether we were Bones and Crumblings, is it only we would be ones Deployed in a New Creation?”
17:50
۞ Say, “Be Stones or Iron, all of you,”
17:51
“Or a creation from what enlarges within your chests”. So they will say, “Who repeats us?” – say, “That which has originated you all a First Time”. Then they will wobble their heads towards you and say, “When is it?” – say, “It may have been that it be close”
17:52
“Today does He call you all so you oblige by His Glory, and all of you presume if you have remained except a few”
17:53
And say for My Servants, “They could say that which of Her is Best. Only in The Demon does one provoke between them. Only The Demon, was it for The Human a Manifest Enemy”
17:54
Of your Lord do I know by you all – if He causes, He could cultivate all of you or if He causes he could afflict you all. And what has He sent you upon them an Advocate?
17:55
And of your Lord do I know by whoever is within The Firmaments and The Earth; and would already have We preferred some of The Disclosers upon some – and We have given Dāwūd a Codex
17:56
Say, “Call all of you those which you have alleged from besides Him, then neither do they hold Removal of The Harm about you, nor Transformation”
17:57
These of you are those which allege yearning towards their Lord The Medium, whichever of them is Closest, and they expect His Compassion and fear His Penalty. Only your Lord’s Penalty, was it Hazardous
17:58
And if from a City is except We are her Devastators before The Upheaval Today or her Avengers in an Intense Penalty. This for you was within The Inscribed Record
17:59
And what has forbidden Us that We send by The Miracles, except that he of The Forerunners denied by Her? And We have given Thamūd The Discerning Qilin, so they oppressed by her. And what do We send by The Miracles, except an Intimidation
17:60
And since We have said for you, “Only has your Lord encompassed by The Masses”. And what have We made The Vision, that which We have shown you, except a Trial for The Masses and the Tree of The Damned within The Qur’an? And We frighten them so what has it increased them except in Great Inundation?
17:61
And since We have said for The Sovereigns, “Submit for Ādam, all of you”, so they submitted, except Iblīs, he said, “Is it I submit for whom You have created in Clay”
17:62
He [Iblīs] said, “Is it You have seen Yourself, this here is that which You have venerated upon me? Would it be You have deferred me towards The Upheaval’s Day, I should condition his Descendant, except a few”
17:63
He said, “Go, so whoever has followed you from them, then only is Jahannam all your Compensation, an Abundant Compensation”
17:64
“And instigate whomever you have managed from them by your Voice, and garner upon them by your Cavalry and your Infantry, and affiliate them within The Assets and The Children, and promise them”. And what does The Demon promise them except a Delusion?
17:65
Only My Servants, nothing of a Mandate is for you upon them. And has sufficed by your Lord an Advocate
17:66
Of all your Lord is that which steers for you all The Ark within The Sea for all of you to venture from His Merit. Only is it, was by you all one Compassionate
17:67
And whether has touched you all The Harm within The Sea, has it strayed whomever you all call except ever to Him – so not yet had We rescued all of you towards The Land, all of you evaded. And was it [Iblīs] of The Human, Indignant
17:68
So is it all of you have entrusted, that it could have eclipsed by you all Beside The Land or send upon you all a Barrage, furthermore, not could all of you find for yourselves an Advocate
17:69
Or have all of you entrusted, that He could have repeated you all within it another Iteration, then send upon all of you a Bombardment from The Wind so it flood you by what all of you have renounced, furthermore, not could you all find for yourselves an Attendant by it upon Us
17:70
۞ And would already have We venerated Adam’s Progeny and We have carried them within The Land and The Sea and We have sustained them from The Nourishing ones and We have preferred them upon much, from whomever We have created, in a Preference
17:71
Today We call each Folk by their Leader – so whoever was given his Record by his right side, then these of you are reading their Record and not a Filament are they being oppressed
17:72
And whoever was Blind within this here of Her, then is he within The Everafter, Blind and Most Astray in a Path
17:73
And if they would almost try you about that which We have inspired towards you, for you to fabricate upon Us other than it – and therefore, they would have assumed you an Allegiant
17:74
And even if not be that We had stabilized you, would already have you almost be positioning towards them a Minor Thing
17:75
Therefore, would We have made you sample Double of The Life and Double of The Demise, furthermore, not could you find upon Us a champion for yourself
17:76
And if they would almost instigate you from The Earth for them to discharge you from Her – and therefore, not do they remain in Opposition except a few
17:77
Pattern of whomever We have already sent before you from Our Emissaries – and not could you find a Transformation for Our Pattern
17:78
Uphold The Hearth for The Sun’s Burnishing towards The Nighttime’s Dusk and Qur’ān [Perusal] of The Dawn; only was The Dawn’s Qur’ān, Attested
17:79
And from The Nighttime then, rouse by it one Additional for yourself, it may have been that your Lord dispatch you in a Glorified Position
17:80
And say, “Lord, admit me an Admission in Sincerity and discharge me of one Expelled in Sincerity, and make for me a Champion’s Mandate from Your Faculty”
17:81
And say, “The Truth has arrived and has expunged The Falsehood – only was The Falsehood Untenable”
17:82
And We download from The Qur’ān what is a Healing and a Compassion for The Confiders and not does it increase The Oppressors except in a Downfall
17:83
And whether We have accommodated upon The Human, it [Iblīs] has evaded and has detached by his [The Human’s] side and whether touches him The Malevolence, it [Iblīs] was conceding
17:84
Say, “Each works about his Mode, so of all your Lord do I know by whomever is he, Most Guided in a Path”
17:85
And they ask you about The Spirit – say, “The Spirit is from my Lord’s Command and what have you all been given from The Knowledge, except a few?
17:86
And would it be if We caused, We should have gone by that which We have inspired towards you, furthermore not could you find upon Us an Advocate for yourself by it
17:87
Except in a Compassion from your Lord. Only His Merit, was it upon you Great
17:88
Say, “Would it be if she had congregated of The Humans and The Jinns upon that they come by like of this here of The Qur’ān, not do they come by its likeness, and even if some of them were for some a backer”
17:89
And would already have We distributed for The Masses within this here of The Qur’ān from each Example, so has refused Most of The Masses except a Renunciation
17:90
And they said, “Never could we have confided for you until you burst for us a Fountainhead from The Earth”
17:91
“Or exist for you a Haven from Groves and Berries, so you detonate The Rivers of Her Interstices in a Detonation”
17:92
“Or you drop The Firmament, as what you have alleged, upon us in Tiles, or you come by Allah and The Sovereigns in a Tribe”
17:93
“Or exist for you a Home from a Decoration, or you further within The Firmament, and never could we have confided for your Promotion until you download upon us a Record, do we read it”; say, “In my Lord’s Transcendence, can it be I was except a Being, an Emissary?”
17:94
And what has forbidden The Masses that they confide, since has arrived to them The Guidance, except that they said, “Is it Allah has dispatched a Being, an Emissary?”
17:95
Say, “Even if it was within The Earth of Sovereigns, striding, ones Steadied, We would have downloaded upon them from The Firmament a Sovereign, an Emissary”
17:96
Say, “It has sufficed by Allah an Attestor between me and between yourselves. Only is it, was by His Servants one Proficient of one Perceptive”
17:97
And whomever Allah could guide, then is he The Seeker – and whomever He could divert, then never could you have found for them patrons from besides Him – and We assemble them in The Upheaval Today upon their presences, Blind ones and Mute ones and Deaf ones – their Estate is Jahannam – whenever She has dwindled, We increase them in a Conflagration
17:98
This for you is their Compensation because they have renounced by Our Miracles and they said, “Is it whether we were Bones and Crumblings, is it only we would be ones Deployed in a New Creation?”
17:99
۞ And is it not they could see, though in Allah is that which created The Firmaments and The Earth, a Regulator upon that He create their likeness and He made for them a Deadline, no Misgiving within it, so has he of The Oppressors refused except in Renunciation
17:100
Say, “Even if you all hold Treasuries of my Lord’s Compassion, therefore
would all of you have captured The Expenditure’s Courtesy. And it [Iblīs] was of The Human, Miserly
17:101
And would already have We given Mūsā, Nine of Evident Miracles – so ask Isrā’īl’s Progeny since he arrived to them then Fir’awn said for him, “Only do I myself presume you, O Mūsā, are Bewitched”
17:102
He [Mūsā] said, “Would already have you [Fir’awn] known what these are He has sent down, are except Insights of Lord of The Firmaments and The Earth and only do I myself presume you, O Fir’awn, are Doomed”
17:103
So he [Fir’awn] intended that he instigate them [Mūsā’s People] from The Earth, then have We flooded him and whoever was with him altogether
17:104
And We said from after it for Isrā’īl’s Progeny, “Settle The Earth, so whether has arrived Promise of The Everafter, We have arrived by you all in a Cluster”
17:105
And by The Truth have We sent it down and by The Truth has it descended; and what have We sent you except an Encourager and a Herald?
17:106
And a Qur’ān have We separated it for you, to read it upon The Masses upon a Duration and We have downloaded it in a Download
17:107
Say, “Confide by it or not could you all confide”. Only those which were given The Knowledge from before it, whether it was proceeded upon them, they collapse for The Outcroppings, ones Grounded
17:108
And they say, “In our Lord’s Transcendence, if our Lord’s Promise would have been Enacted”
17:109
And they collapse for The Outcroppings, weeping and it increases them in a Modesty ۩
17:110
Say, “Call Allah, all of you, or call The Cultivator – whilst whatever you all could call then, for Him are The Titles of The Finest”. And not could you voice by your hearth nor could you hum by her [your hearth], and venture between this for you, a Path
17:111
And say, “For Allah is The Glory, that which could not assume a child nor could be for Him a collaborator within The Dominion and not could be for Him a patron from The Abasement – and amplify it [The Glory] in a Magnificence”
